Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, including material, labor, and equipment.
Analyze project scope and identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities.
Lead the tendering process and ensure timely submission of bids.
Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project teams for inputs.
Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals for accuracy and competitiveness.
Conduct site visits when required to assess project conditions.
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost breakdowns.
Assist in contract negotiations and post-tender clarifications.
Maintain a database of costs, suppliers, and historical data.
Mentor and guide junior estimators.
Having Interior Fitout Experience
Good in Commonication and Estimation
Know the price of market
