• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including material, labor, and equipment.

• Analyze project scope and identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities.

• Lead the tendering process and ensure timely submission of bids.

• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project teams for inputs.

• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals for accuracy and competitiveness.

• Conduct site visits when required to assess project conditions.

• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost breakdowns.

• Assist in contract negotiations and post-tender clarifications.

• Maintain a database of costs, suppliers, and historical data.

• Mentor and guide junior estimators.
