Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Senior Event Coordinator, your role is to manage and execute the activation side within events:

Plan and execute digital activations within events
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams
Handle logistics, setup, and on-ground operations
Ensure smooth execution and troubleshoot during activations
Work closely with creative & tech teams to deliver the experience
Manage multiple activations/projects simultaneously

We work in a fast, modern environment, so being comfortable with tools is key:

Canva (for quick visuals & activation materials)
Project management tools (Notion, Trello, or similar)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Communication tools

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Energetic and comfortable in fast-paced environments
Creative thinker with execution mindset
Team player with strong communication
Someone who takes ownership not just instructions

Work on interactive, tech-driven experiences

Desired Candidate Profile

We re looking for someone who understands events and can operate inside them.

2 3 years of hands-on experience in events (Mandatory)
Proven experience working on real events (execution & operations)
Strong coordination & communication skills
Ability to handle pressure and solve problems on the spot
Experience dealing with vendors, logistics, and on-ground setupsbr> High sense of ownership and responsibility
