Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Research technological and industry-related events in the MENA region to represent Naseej effectively
- Align with stakeholders on event requirements and coordinate planning and execution
- Negotiate with event organizers regarding participation levels, sponsorship packages, and exhibition spaces
- Coordinate the execution plan for the event across both online and offline activities
- Source and maintain lists of vendors, suppliers, printing houses, and hotels
- Manage event logistics, including print materials, hospitality, production, and other marketing collateral
- Coordinate and follow up on marketing-related invoices with the finance department within SLA
- Capture and input event leads into the CRM system within SLA
- Manage relationships with governmental entities for marketing initiatives, such as incentive programs with Saudi Export
Requirements:
- Required Education: Bachelor s degree in marketing
- Years of Experience: 3 5 years in event management; preferably hands-on experience in IT sector events; previous experience in marketing agencies is a plus, Previous Experience in participating in global technology Events (GITEX , Leap)
- Languages Required: English (Fluent in reading and writing), Arabic (Native)
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills sufficient for email, document handling, and standard office applications
