Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for managing and analyzing sales data across the UAE market to support business growth. Ensures accurate, timely, and insightful reporting to enable data-driven decisions across sales, finance, Marketing and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports across Emirates, channels, and routes.
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs on sales vs. targets, SKU performance, and outlet coverage.
  • Analyze route- and salesman-level productivity, pricing, and margin trends.
  • Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and incentive calculations.
  • Manage ERP data accuracy and reporting automation through Power BI or Excel.
  • Coordinate with finance/IT for sales reconciliation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills (Excel, Power BI).
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE FMCG trade — General Trade, Modern Trade, Van Sales.
  • ERP proficiency (optional FOCUS and WINIT).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce ,Proficiency in MS office
  • 2–5 years’ experience in Sales MIS or Business Analytics in UAE FMCG/distribution sector.
