Senior Executive – First Mile & Middle Mile Operations RNA Resources Group Limited

Role Purpose:

Own end-to-end First Mile and Middle Mile operations across the UAE, ensuring reliable pickups, SLA adherence, cost efficiency, RTO and loss control, and peak readiness. Act as the single owner for FM/MM performance, driving outcomes through strong execution and cross-functional coordination.

Operations & SLA Ownership

• Own First Mile and Middle Mile SLAs, including pickup, return, and key KPIs.
• Drive client experience improvements through regular field visits, issue diagnosis, and corrective actions.

Cost & Productivity

• Own UAE First Mile cost performance against budget and improvement targets.
• Drive route optimization, DA productivity, and vehicle utilization (time & CBM) across FM and MM.

RTO, Loss & Process Governance

• Own RTO and loss performance across the UAE.
• Define and implement weekly SOPs for RTO and loss closure.
• Achieve ≥90% RTO closure (base) and 100% (stretch) at month-end.
• Deliver loss reduction of 20% (base) and 30% (stretch) vs baseline.
• Ensure fortnightly reconciliation adherence and dashboard-based performance tracking.

Peak & Event Readiness

• Lead FM/MM capacity planning and execution for WWS, Ramadan, and peak events.

People & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and develop First Mile and Middle Mile hub teams across the UAE.
• Drive a strong operating cadence (daily, weekly, monthly reviews).
• Coordinate closely with KAMs, Tech, Finance, Security, Vendors, and Clients.
