Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the HOD in day-to-day operational activities, planning, and follow-up of projects to ensure timely completion
Manage client relationships and coordinate brand campaigns from planning to execution
Handle event setups, outdoor signage, brand activations, and marketing campaigns
Develop creative briefs in coordination with clients and internal creative teams
Ensure clear communication of client requirements and maintain high attention to detail
Streamline internal processes for smooth coordination between client servicing, creative, and production teams
Lead and manage a small team of client servicing executives
Desired Candidate Profile
8+ years of experience in advertising / marketing / branding agencies
Strong experience in client management, brand campaigns, and marketing communications
Experience handling events, activations, and advertising projects
Previous automotive brand experience will be an advantage
Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bachelor s Degree / MBA preferred
Willingness to work extended hours and travel for projects when required
