Senior Executive - Print Production, Outdoor & Event Management

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and execution of printing, fabrication, and production of POS materials
Handling signage production and installation including indoor and outdoor signs, digital signage, LED signs, neon signs, flex face signs, 3D signs, pylons, etc., as per brand guidelines
Managing product launches, events, roadshows, mall displays, exhibitions, and outdoor branding activities
Coordinating AV setup, lighting, sound, entertainment, banquet arrangements, and event logistics
Managing vendors, negotiating rates, ensuring timely delivery, and resolving operational issues
Bringing innovative ideas for displays, branding, and outdoor marketing presence
Ensuring compliance with internal LPR / LPO processes

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of printing techniques such as offset printing, digital printing, flexography, and screen printing

Understanding of various printing materials including paper, cardstock, vinyl, and fabric

Experience in signage design, production, and installation
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
