Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Execution Excellence & Adherence
Deliver on all supplier management activities in alignment with set processes, guidelines, and protocols
Support the Manager SRM in aligning and delivering on all supplier relationship management activities with business requirements
Report on key performance indicators, highlight operational gaps and work basis the inputs of the Manager SRM in resolving them
Support the Manager SRM and deliver as required to implement improvements within supplier relationship management function
Interface and support the Manager SRM in managing internal stakeholders
Supplier Registration and Segmentation
Perform analysis and provide inputs to the Manager SRM for determining supplier segmentation criteria for DH based on spend, importance, and risk
Maintain all supplier data in alignment with set quality management guidelines and standards
Audit and highlight non-compliances to supplier data in the procurement system, recommend the mitigation action and work with the relevant internal teams to close the same
Register new suppliers including manage documentation, registration process and compliances
Monitor accurate categorisation of supplier in adherence to the segmentation criteria
Conduct due diligence checks on supplier registration activities and correct non-compliances
Supplier System Management
Support the Manager SRM in addressing supplier-related inquiries and issues basis the scope of suppliers defined
Adhere to supplier data quality management guidelines and standards within DH for all system data entry activities, highlight non-compliances and work on the relevant mitigation tactic to close the same
Provide relevant information and inputs to support suppliers in navigating the procurement process, policies, and procedures
Support the Manager SRM in working with sourcing and contracts teams to correct supplier performance gaps
Assess, provide inputs and close issues and/or disputes with suppliers impacting procurement performance
Supplier Risk Management
Provide inputs to the Manager SRM on the supplier risk assessment framework to evaluate supplier capability across financial, compliance and performance parameters
Prepare assessments and share insights on supplier risks to the relevant internal stakeholders
Work with the category management team on resolving supplier risks identified basis assessment
Self-Management
Meet individual objectives and priorities in line with the DH GS procurement and overall GS objectives, within the set milestones
Complete assigned upskilling and continuous development initiatives set by sub-function manager and implement those learning in existing ways of working
Practice a customer centric culture, drive innovation in the existing role and have a high-performance mindset to generate high value for the DH GS procurement function
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain or any related field
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in procurement function
Experience in supplier relationship management function or equivalent in an organisation
Experience working in a procurement shared services is preferred
Experience working in the Middle East region is preferred
Experience in Supplier relationship management, Supplier system management, Supplier performance audit management and Supplier performance management and development.
