Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive export sales strategies for fresh fruits and vegetables across global markets.
Monitor fresh produce market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and challenges.br>
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Agriculture, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of export sales experience in fresh fruits and vegetables or related fresh produce sectors.
In-depth knowledge of export regulations, customs requirements, and logistics specific to fresh agricultural products.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients and partners.
Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation skills and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Proven success in building international client networks and managing export sales cycles
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
