Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic export sales plans for B2B concentrates to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with international distributors, partners, and key accounts.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in target regions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and brand.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and international trade laws.
- Resolve client issues and provide after-sales support to maintain long-term business relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop tailored promotional materials and campaigns for target markets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in fruit concentrates and tomato concentrates.br>
- Proven ability to lead and expand international sales in the FMCG food sector.br>
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).br>
- Strong negotiation, communication, and time management skills.br>
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, flexibility, and strategic planning mindset.br>
- Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving business objectives.
