Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute export sales strategies for frozen vegetables and fruits to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify, approach, and secure new international clients and distribution partners in target markets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing overseas clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international buyers to maximize profitability while maintaining compliance.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor and analyze export sales performance, preparing regular reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Ensure all export activities comply with international trade regulations, documentation requirements, and company policies.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote frozen product lines.
- Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations to improve products, packaging, and services based on market insights.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years of experience in frozen fruits and vegetables (IQF).
Proven ability to lead and expand international sales operations in the frozen food sector.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Strong negotiation, communication, and time management skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability, flexibility, and strategic planning mindset.
Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving business targets.
