Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve company growth targets in international markets.

  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers abroad.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing international clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with overseas partners in alignment with company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business missions to promote Royal Herbs products.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, documentation, and export procedures.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve any issues related to export shipments or customer concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 4-6 years of proven experience in export sales, preferably within the agricultural, food, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong understanding of international sales processes, export documentation, and trade regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with international clients and partners.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
