Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex facility engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety, to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of facility assets.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in facility engineering, with a focus on large-scale facilities.
- Proven experience in managing complex facility projects and budgets.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
