We are seeking an experienced Senior FF&E Designer with 10+ years of experience exclusively in hospitality and commercial projects. The candidate will lead design initiatives, mentor junior designers, and ensure high-quality execution across projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead FF&E design strategy for multiple hospitality and commercial projects.

  • Mentor and guide junior designers in the team.

  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, and quality control of FF&E items.

  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers to deliver design excellence.

  • Ensure project schedules, budgets, and design standards are met.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of proven FF&E design experience in hospitality and commercial sectors.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite).

  • Excellent client-facing and presentation abilities.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful project delivery.
