Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop FF&E design concepts across multiple project types.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed mood boards, specifications, schedules, and presentations.
  • Source and select finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment in line with project requirements.
  • Coordinate with the design team, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely execution of design intent.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Oversee quality, consistency, and innovation in all FF&E deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of FF&E design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
  • Proven expertise in specification writing and material selection.
  • Excellent knowledge of design standards, market trends, and sourcing.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop).
