Senior Finacle Developer & Production Support (FTI)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end FTI (Fix, Test, Implement) lifecycle for production incidents and change requests
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within defined SLAs
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes

Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and maintain Finacle customizations and enhancements
• Work extensively on PL/SQL programming for backend development
• Develop and support APIs and integrations with external and internal banking systems

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Ensure all fixes and enhancements meet quality and performance standards
• Support defect tracking and resolution during testing cycles

Deployment & Release Management

• Support production deployments, release activities, and version upgrades
• Perform post-release validation and ensure system stability
• Coordinate with infrastructure and release teams for smooth deployments

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business users, QA teams, and technical teams
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide timely updates and documentation for incidents and enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Finacle Core Banking Development & Support
• Hands-on expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Database
• Experience in API development and system integrations
• Knowledge of Finacle scripting, customization, and modules
• Familiarity with production support tools and ticketing systems

Domain Knowledge

• Solid understanding of core banking processes and workflows
• Experience in banking operations, transactions, and financial systems
• Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes
