Roles & Responsibilities
-Leads the development of long-term financial strategies in alignment with the association s goals.
-Conducts regular financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
-Oversees the preparation of financial reports and statements.
-Manages the annual budget process.
-Ensures compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
-Develops and implements financial policies and procedures.
-Manages and mentors a team of finance professionals.
-Collaborates with other departments to provide financial support and guidance.
