Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Objective:
To work in Payable and receivable sections and ensure the accuracy of all the transactions made.
Key Responsibilities:
-To support Line Manager in payable and receivable functions
-Processing supplier invoices for payments
-Preparing list of outstanding invoices for sending to respective departments
-Processing petty cash payments for Admin / PMD
-To verify workings and calculations for PMD invoices and forward them to Line Manager for processing
-Prepare the FM report to the Management which shows the revenue vs expenditure by project.
-To answer suppliers calls for payments
-To prepare credit vouchers and get them approved by seniors
-Release cheques to suppliers / customers after necessary verification and approval from seniors
-Prepare Bank reconciliations for all banks
-Issuing receipts, statement of accounts, calling customer for outstanding dues
-Issue of reminder letter, final reminder letter, and collect documents for termination letter.
-To answer customer calls for outstanding dues and payments
-Support Fixed Assets physical verification along with Admin staff.
-Any additional tasks assigned by seniors and department head.

Desired Candidate Profile
-Graduate in Commerce (B. Com). Desirable Part or fully qualified CA, ACCA, CPA.
-Certificate in receivables management.
Experience Requirement:
Minimum 8 years on the same level of experience preferably in a medium to large organization with Community Management or Facility management activity.
Skill Sets:
1. Ability to excel in fast-paced environment
2. Proactive and self-driven
3. Attention to detail
4. High level of customer relationship experience
