• Lead end-to-end implementation of finance modules within the ERP system, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ERP finance processes.
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables for ERP finance module rollouts.
• Configure and customize ERP finance modules to meet organizational needs, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of ERP finance functionalities.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure data migration accuracy and integrity from legacy systems to the new ERP platform.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Stay updated on ERP best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements.
