Senior Financial Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions.
• Manage budgeting and cost control processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and internal financial policies.
• Coordinate with auditors and prepare audit files.
• Supervise cash flow management and banking activities.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5 7 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting position.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Experience in the mining or construction sector is highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
