Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide professional advice across Life Insurance, long-term savings and investment planning, General Insurance, Employee Benefits, and personal lines

Build and manage a long-term client portfolio, generating renewal and trail income

Prospect, develop, and close new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation

Conduct in-depth client meetings to understand financial goals and deliver tailored solutions

Maintain accurate and compliant client records

Service existing clients through regular reviews and ongoing financial planning

Stay current with regulatory, legislative, and market developments

Liaise with internal teams, providers, and external professionals such as accountants and solicitors

For qualified candidates, recruit, mentor, and lead advisors as part of a Team Leader / Sales Manager role
