Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial guidance and support to the organization through financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. He works closely with the senior management team to develop and implement financial strategies, goals, and budgets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Quality of insights

  • Accuracy of financial reports

  • Adherence to financial regulations and accounting standards

  • Accuracy and timeliness of budget analysis and forecasts

  • Financial statement analysis experience

  • Insurance or financial services experience

  • Knowledge of forecasting and modelling

  • Knowledge of business performance metrics


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or master’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics

  • 5-6 years of functional experience out of which 2-3 years in equivalent supervisory role
