Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and oversee detailed financial accounts for each client.
- Develop robust financial forecasts, models, and reports to guide decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance, identify risks/opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Handle client and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Lead on financial planning, budgeting, and scenario analysis across projects and departments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations on financial strategy.
- Ensure all financial administration is accurate, timely, and aligned with company policies.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior finance staff when needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master s or professional certification such as CFA/CPA/ACCA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, and administration.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and account management.
- Proven track record in handling contracts and financial compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
