Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Management Reporting & Financial Analysis

  • Prepare monthly P&L reports (MIS) at branch level and consolidated Group level.
  • Analyse operational metrics including transit, production, and purging losses using data provided by operational and accounting teams.
  • Prepare segment, customer, and product profitability analyses.
  • Support preparation of monthly management packs with commentary, insights, and graphical/financial dashboards.

2. Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning

  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget across Group, product, and branch levels.
  • Support periodic forecasting cycles and update sales, cost, margin, and operational KPI projections.
  • Perform budget vs. actual variance analysis and identify drivers of deviations.

3. Profitability, Cost & Project Analysis

  • Prepare ISO tank profitability reports and project-based profitability studies.
  • Conduct cost analysis for key GL categories, operational processes, and business drivers.
  • Work closely with Operations and Commercial teams to understand cost, pricing, and margin dynamics.

4. Performance Tracking & Insights

  • Monitor key performance indicators and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly tracking reports using fixed asset and inventory data provided by the accounting team for forecasting and cost-impact analysis.
  • Develop and maintain financial analysis models to support decision-making.

5. Data Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with local finance teams to obtain accurate monthly financial data.
  • Support due-diligence exercises and ad-hoc strategic analysis as required.
  • Ensure standardised reporting formats and quality across entities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Business Modelling, Corporate finance, financial modelling, management reporting, or business analytics.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools.

  • Ability to interpret financial and operational data into clear insights.
  • High attention to detail with strong commercial and strategic thinking.
