Key Responsibilities:

Operational Accountabilities:

• Work closely with Head of Finance to develop and implement financial policies, processes, and procedures, including control mechanisms.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for creating efficiencies in financial control processes and systems.
• Lead and organize external statutory audits with Internal Audit department.
• Finalize Monthly Financial Statements and Monthly MIS reports.
• Carry out financial transactions including accounts receivable and payable, cash flow management, banking arrangements and variance analysis.
• Manage and ensure accurate, effective, and timely payroll payments.
• Compute various parts of annual budget and long-term Business Plan.
• Manage debt facilities, monitor covenant compliance and present Treasury.
• Manage the overall revenue recognition process from contract review to monitoring revenues and accounting.
• Identify any concerns in the control process to detect fraud, act upon and initiate preventive measures.
• Produce financial statements and reports aligned to regional & international standards.
• Manage project and cost accounting including indirect and direct cost allocation to all verticals.
• Manage fixed asset accounting.
• Produce budget variance reports.

• Ensure that incidents and hazards are reported in a timely manner and reduce consumption of natural resources to assist in protecting the environment and ensuring a healthy and safe work environment.
• Accountable for meeting the overall safety, quality, production, and financial performance objectives of operation, including being accountable for plant wide compliance and implementing best practices related to the function.

• People Management Lead, coach and manage the performance of OTC management in line with good people management practices.

• Defined reporting requirement for team (content and periodicity along with structure).
• Effective coordination across functions to achieve targets.
• Help in developing leadership by coaching & mentoring the team.
