Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor civil/architectural/finishing processes, and provide technical training to the crew.
• Oversee all activities pertaining to civil/architectural/finishing preparation, placement, and installation, finishing, and curing.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Perform equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
• Supervise all civil/architectural/finishing works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications.
• Work closely with subcontractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.
• Carry out quality inspection on site and ensure quality of work to be completed on scheduled time.
• Close coordination of work with both internal and external parties.
• Resolve all problems that may affect project quality and completion.
• Consult blueprints, drawings, and plans to ensure that concrete structures are accurately placed and installed.
