Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable, maintainable, and robust mobile solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance to the team.
Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to ensure a smooth user experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter developments, mobile trends, and emerging technologies.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ensure the security, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on Flutter.
Proven track record of delivering complex Flutter applications in a remote work environment.
Expertise in Dart programming language and solid understanding of Flutter framework.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Experience with automated testing and continuous integration is a plus.
