Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

AtkinsR alis is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior FM Operations Manager to lead and oversee the operational delivery of a major Facilities Management project in Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in MEP systems, strategic leadership, and proven experience in managing complex FM operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the FM operations team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery across all MEP systems.
  • Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with client requirements and contractual obligations.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations.
  • Manage vendor and subcontractor performance, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and operational reports.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives including CAFM systems and smart FM technologies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s Degree in MEP Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior FM Operations Manager role within the Facilities Management field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale FM projects, preferably in the Middle East.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in FM software, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making.
