Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end foreign purchasing operations, from order issuance to shipment coordination.

  • Obtain and share technical data sheets for new items with development teams.
  • Collect and verify vendor details, creating and updating supplier records in the system.
  • Review and confirm pro-forma invoices, prices, and item specifications.br> Coordinate with logistics and master planning teams on shipping methods and timelines (Sea, Air, or Courier).
  • Negotiate payment terms and prices with suppliers for new materials.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to support continuous factory production.
  • Maintain accurate system updates for all orders and supplier information.
  • Manage ACID numbers and ensure all shipping documents comply with import requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in foreign purchasing, international procurement, or global sourcing, preferably within the garment or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures (Sea & Air) and import documentation.
  • Excellent negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written).
