Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end foreign purchasing operations, from order issuance to shipment coordination.
- Obtain and share technical data sheets for new items with development teams.
- Collect and verify vendor details, creating and updating supplier records in the system.
- Review and confirm pro-forma invoices, prices, and item specifications.br> Coordinate with logistics and master planning teams on shipping methods and timelines (Sea, Air, or Courier).
- Negotiate payment terms and prices with suppliers for new materials.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to support continuous factory production.
- Maintain accurate system updates for all orders and supplier information.
- Manage ACID numbers and ensure all shipping documents comply with import requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in foreign purchasing, international procurement, or global sourcing, preferably within the garment or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures (Sea & Air) and import documentation.
- Excellent negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Very good command of English (spoken and written).
