Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
  • Manage and guide foremen, technicians, and workers on site.
  • Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Allocate manpower, tools, and materials efficiently.
  • Report daily progress and issues to site engineer/project manager.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to site safety standards.

Requirements :

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as Foreman/Senior Foreman.
  • Experience in construction / civil / mechanical / electrical (mention trade if required).
  • Ability to handle manpower and site coordination independently.
  • Basic understanding of drawings and site measurements.
  • Previous Gulf experience is an added advantage.
  • Ready to relocate from India to Saudi Arabia.
