Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per schedule
  • Manage and guide foremen, technicians, and workers on site
  • Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
  • Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
  • Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Allocate manpower, tools, and materials efficiently
  • Report daily progress and issues to site engineer/project manager
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to site safety standards

Desired Candidate Profile

The candidate should have prior experience in construction/industrial projects and be willing to work in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as Foreman/Senior Foreman
  • Experience in construction / civil / mechanical / electrical (mention trade if required)
  • Ability to handle manpower and site coordination independently
  • Basic understanding of drawings and site measurements
  • Previous Gulf experience is an added advantage
  • Ready to relocate from India to Saudi Arabia
