Technical & Design Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of foul sewerage and drainage systems for infrastructure and urban development projects.

• Prepare concept, preliminary, and detailed engineering designs in accordance with local and international standards.

• Perform hydraulic calculations, sewer network analysis, and capacity assessments.

• Design:

  • Gravity sewer systems

  • Rising mains

  • Pumping stations

  • Manholes and associated sewer infrastructure

• Coordinate utility layouts and ensure integration with other infrastructure disciplines.

• Review and validate engineering drawings, calculations, technical reports, and specifications.

• Ensure compliance with:

  • Ashghal standards and guidelines

  • Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS)

  • Environmental and health regulations

  • International engineering standards and best practices

• Conduct technical evaluations and engineering feasibility studies.

• Provide technical support during tendering, construction, and project execution stages.

• Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, material approvals, and method statements.

• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project implementation.
