Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main tasks:
Program management and coordination
- Manage, direct and monitor the progress of projects until their completion
- To ensure the scoping and monitoring of projects related to the target program
- Coordinate the different streams of the program for effective cross-functional management
- Collect and consolidate the actions to be launched, establish and update the consolidated action plan
Governance and reporting
- Facilitating the various governance bodies of the program
- Prepare committee materials and ensure that alerts are escalated.
- Produce clear and regular reporting for stakeholders
Professional support
- Supporting the business lines throughout the program
- Assist the program management in investigating and resolving outstanding issues
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired profile:
- Bac+5 level education (engineering school, business school or equivalent)
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience
- Proven experience in Finance topics, particularly IFRS 17 & 9
- Cross-functional knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly life insurance.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
- Proactivity and risk anticipation
- Adaptability in a changing environment
- Leadership and mobilization capacity
- Rigour and organizational skills
