Roles & Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely revenue growth.

Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and market trends to inform strategy and client proposals.

Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management on sales performance.

Participate in business development initiatives, trade events, and client presentations to strengthen relationships.

Resolve client issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of customer service and satisfaction
