Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-performance, responsive web applications using modern front-end technologies such as Vue.js and React.
Translate UI/UX designs into fully functional front-end code.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance across devices and browsers.
Lead code reviews, provide mentorship, and enforce coding best practices.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to the tech stack.
Troubleshoot and debug complex front-end issues.
Participate in planning, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
Familiarity with build tools, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience with Nuxt.js, Next.js, or SSR frameworks.
Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and unit/integration testing.
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker).
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology or software development environments.
Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Experience with requirement management and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Visio).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
