Frontend Development & System Design

• Design, build, and maintain advanced frontend components, applications, and micro-frontends.
• Implement responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces across browsers and devices.
• Convert UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into high-quality code.
• Contribute to frontend architectural decisions, performance optimization, and best practices.
• Ensure UI components are reusable, modular, and aligned with coding and design standards.

Code Quality, Testing & SDLC Compliance

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Ensure adherence to Agile SDLC, CI/CD, version control (Git), and branching strategies.
• Conduct and participate in peer code reviews to maintain consistency and quality.
• Ensure all frontend features meet QA and UAT criteria with minimal defects.
• Develop automated testing (unit, integration, and e2e) to ensure reliability and prevent regressions.

API Consumption, Integrations & Performance Optimization

• Integrate frontend applications with backend services (RESTful APIs, gRPC, real-time events).
• Optimize frontend performance, including bundle size reduction, load time improvements, and rendering efficiency.
• Implement caching strategies, state management solutions, and data optimization.
• Handle authentication workflows including OAuth2, JWT, and session management.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with backend and DevOps teams on environment-related challenges.

Collaboration, UX Partnership & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with product designers, UX teams, backend developers, and QA engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Participate in sprint planning, refinement sessions, and architectural discussions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with clear documentation.
• Identify UI/UX improvements and propose enhancements to improve customer experience.
• Mentor junior and mid-level frontend engineers in coding standards, best practices, and architecture.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support major releases, production deployments, and incident resolution.
• Contribute to long-term UI architecture planning and modernization initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional workshops and technology evaluations.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor/manager related to frontend development.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Required

Additional frontend or UX-related certifications are a plus.

5 8 years of professional frontend engineering experience.

Strong experience with:

• React.js (required)
• TypeScript
• JavaScript (ES6+)
• HTML5, CSS3, SCSS
• State management (Redux, Zustand, Context API)

Experience with:

• Next.js
• Micro-frontend architecture
• TailwindCSS / Material UI / Styled Components
• REST API and WebSocket integrations
• gRPC awareness (preferred)
• Docker-based development (preferred)

Experience collaborating with backend developers, QA, DevOps, and UX/UI teams.

Expert in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

Strong experience with React, Angular, and/or Vue.js.

Proficiency in state management (Redux, NgRx, Vuex).

Deep understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards.

Experience with front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite) and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).

Strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques.

Strong understanding of cloud and SaaS platforms
