Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The project already has a fully built MVP and needs to be transitioned to a fully independent production-level app. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

  • Export and migrate the existing Bolt/Supabase prototype into a standalone environment.
  • Configure production hosting (Vercel/Netlify) and environment variables securely.
  • Implement real-time messaging, authentication, and role-based access (Senior, Staff, Volunteer, Admin).
  • Review and refine Supabase database schema, RLS policies, and API integrations.
  • Ensure full accessibility (WCAG AAA), large-text design, and responsive layouts.
  • Set up encryption (AES-256-GCM) for health data and maintain HIPAA/GDPR compliance.
  • Optimize frontend performance and deploy the final PWA build.
  • Document setup, environment, and maintenance procedures for client handoff.

Desired Candidate Profile

At least 4 Years of experience developing web and mobile applications

  • Experienced in React, TypeScript, and Supabase/PostgreSQL
  • Proven ability to deploy and manage production environments (Netlify/Vercel)
  • Proven expertise in both front-end and back-end development technologies.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Experience with universal design frameworks and guidelines
  • Strong understanding of authentication, RLS, and realtime subscriptions
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
