Roles & Responsibilities
About the role
We re looking for a senior developer who thrives on building polished, reliable software using Laravel. You ll lead projects, mentor teammates, and help craft experiences that look great and work even better.
What will you ll do
Architect and develop full-stack features with Laravel, Livewire, Tailwind, and Alpine
Work closely with design and product to deliver smooth, responsive UIs
Optimize performance across the stack from SQL queries to frontend interactions
Guide junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and mentorship
Write tests, document your work, and support long-term maintainability
Integrate third-party APIs, payment systems, and modern DevOps tools
Desired Candidate Profile
What we re looking for
5+ years of experience with Laravel in production environments
Deep understanding of Livewire and Tailwind CSS
Experience in Filament
Experience building interactive UIs with Alpine JS
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with performance tuning
Comfortable writing unit and feature tests (PHPUnit or Pest)
Strong communication and decision-making skills
A sharp eye for detail not just in code, but in UX, edge cases, and project requirements
Bonus if you have
Experience with Laravel Horizon, Octane, or event-driven architecture
Familiarity with Docker, AWS, Forge, or Vapor
Exposure to Vue, React, or Inertia
