Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities and Duties
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Product teams to design and scope out new features for our platform
- Architect and design scalable solutions for complex features, translating requirements into technical designs and implementation plans
- Design forward-thinking data models and schemas that accommodate current needs while supporting future growth
Qualifications
- Minimum BS in Computer Science or related technical field
- 5+ years experience in Software Development
- Strong experience in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Strong experience in Node.js
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases
- Experience with caching strategies using Redis
- Experience with testing frameworks and libraries such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright
- Experience with containerization using Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Proven ability to design and build complex software systems, gather requirements, and communicate technical designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of professional software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, Git version control, build processes, testing, and operations
- Experience with agile development methodology
- Experience with cloud development (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices is a plus
