Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The mission will aim to design, develop and maintain Fullstack applications for Carrefour's Digital Factory Marchandise & Links, integrating AI and data-driven solutions to: Automate and optimize merchandising processes (assortment, promotions, pricing, etc.). Improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Develop modern user interfaces with Angular.
The consultant will be responsible for:
- Design and development of Fullstack applications (Java/Spring Boot for backend, Angular for frontend).
- Optimization of Angular application performance.
- Collaboration with the AI team to integrate data-driven solutions.
- Active participation in design, development, testing, and production phases.
- Improvement of CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality delivery.
- Adherence to best practices (SOLID, YAGNI, automated tests, Sonar).
- Work in Agile/Scrum methodology with Product, Design, and Tech teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Degree (Bac+5) in computer science.
Experience: More than 7 years in Fullstack development (Java/Angular, Front-end dominant).
Experience on high-volume projects and in an Agile environment.
Experience in the retail/mass distribution sector is a plus.
Experience on AI-augmented projects (major asset).

Databases: Relational and document-oriented
DevOps: CI/CD, DevOps practices
Versioning: Git
Quality & Craftsmanship: Tests, SOLID, YAGNI, Sonar

Soft Skills:
Fluent communication in French, analytical mind, teamwork, respect for deadlines.
