Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead high-impact design consultations, expertly translating complex client briefs into sophisticated furniture schemes.
Produce comprehensive, accurate, and captivating design deliverables (2D layouts, 3D renderings, and mood boards).
Specify and select all furniture, materials, finishes, and custom joinery elements, ensuring alignment with Arvlla s quality and profitability standards.
Manage the project lifecycle from concept and quotation through final installation, ensuring design integrity is maintained.
Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets based on closed design projects.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of successful, demonstrable experience in a furniture design, interior design, or luxury showroom sales role.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Industry Knowledge: Deep, current understanding of premium furniture materials, construction methods, finishes, and sophisticated space planning principles.
Communication: Exceptional visual, written, and verbal presentation skills in both English and Arabic to pitch and negotiate with discerning clients.

The Senior Furniture Sales Designer is responsible for leading Arvlla's design-driven sales process. This pivotal role requires blending advanced creative and technical design skills with strong consultative selling ability to convert client aspirations into profitable, bespoke, and executed interior solutions. The designer acts as the primary creative and technical interface between Arvlla and its discerning clientele.
