Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Supervise geotechnical investigation activities, including drilling, sampling, and in situ testing.
- Compliance: Oversee and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all site activities.
- Laboratory Analysis: Assist in laboratory testing and analysis related to geotechnical investigations.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive geotechnical reports detailing findings and providing professional recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and engineers to support and achieve project objectives.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior staff and contribute to their ongoing professional development.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of drilling techniques, soil and rock sampling, and in situ testing methods.
- Proficiency in geotechnical analysis and technical report writing.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a team-oriented environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, or Chemistry.
Experience: 6 8 years of experience in geotechnical investigations and site supervision.
