Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage geotechnical investigations, including site reconnaissance, soil sampling, and laboratory testing programs to ensure data integrity and project success.
  • Perform advanced geotechnical analyses, such as slope stability, settlement, and ground improvement designs, using specialized software and engineering principles.
  • Prepare detailed geotechnical reports, including findings, interpretations, recommendations, and design parameters, to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their professional development and ensuring quality control.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in geotechnical principles.
  • Holds a Professional Engineer (PE) license, showcasing a commitment to professional standards and ethical practice.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in geotechnical engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in industry-standard geotechnical software (e.g., GeoStudio, Plaxis, gINT), enhancing analytical capabilities.
