Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end global talent acquisition processes, from workforce planning and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across multiple sectors and geographies.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage and mentor junior recruiters, providing guidance and ensuring best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience, maintaining clear communication and upholding the employer brand throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to build a robust and diverse talent pipeline.
  • Maintain compliance with global employment laws and company policies throughout all recruitment activities.
  • Leverage digital platforms, social media, and professional networks to expand reach and engage passive candidates.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • 5-8 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the strong>construction or Industrial sector/strong>.
  • Proven track record of hiring across the strong>GCC, APAC and MENA regions/strong>.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles across multiple sectors.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Experience managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
