Are you a visual storyteller who knows how to bring a brand to life not just through logos and colors, but through every post, brochure, and campaign?
We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong experience in real estate branding and social media content creation someone who understands the power of visual consistency and knows how to make ideas stand out in a competitive market.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Create visual identities, branding systems, and design assets for real estate projects
* Design high-impact visuals for social media, digital ads, brochures, sales kits, and more
* Translate brand strategy into consistent, compelling visuals across all platforms
* Collaborate with marketing and content team to ensure alignment and creativity
* Take ownership of multiple projects from concept to final execution
* Stay ahead of design trends, digital best practices, and competitor activity
* Oversee visual guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all materials

Desired Candidate Profile

We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Has 5+ years of design experience, preferably in real estate or property marketing
* Has a strong portfolio showcasing branding, layouts, and digital design
* Understands how to adapt visuals across different platforms, especially social media
* Is skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus)
* Thinks creatively but also strategically, balancing aesthetics with communication goals
* Is organized, deadline-driven, and thrives in a collaborative environment
* Pays attention to detail and maintains high design standards
* Bonus: experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX
