Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-impact visual designs across digital and print media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Oversee the entire design process from ideation to final delivery, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective design solutions.
- Develop and maintain visual assets, templates, and style guides to support ongoing marketing and communication efforts.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive visual messaging.
- Ensure all design work adheres to accessibility standards and is optimized for various platforms and devices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-7 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work.
- Proven ability to lead design projects from concept to completion in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and support junior team members.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and feedback.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a home-based setting.
