Product Launching:

• Conduct internal meetings to obtain all required information about a product
  specifications which includes segmentation, components, etc.
• Illustrate Design concepts that convey the product message and obtain approval of
  concepts by submitting different options to the product manager.
• Incorporate changes recommended by the management into the final design.

Product marketing materials design:

• Conduct internal meetings with assigned departments to obtain all information
  required about event objectives and segmentation.
• Develop design concepts of the required marketing material such as roll-ups,
  pop-ups, gates, Brochures, etc.

Advertising Agencies Relationship Management:

• Search and submit different proposals for advertising agencies, and assist the product
  manager in selecting the most appropriate according to design requirements.
• Communicate all design specifications and follow up the execution with the assigned
  advertising agency.
• Review designs, recommend changes, and approve for printing and publishing.
• Follow up printing procedures, and review samples produced to ensure
  quality.
• Coordinate delivering the produced materials to the company warehouse.
