Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-impact visual designs for digital and print media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and product development, to deliver cohesive and compelling visual assets.
• Oversee the end-to-end design process, from initial brainstorming and mood boards to final production and delivery.
• Mentor and provide creative direction to junior designers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all company and client-facing materials.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance deliverables.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure designs are fresh, modern, and competitive.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Work with external vendors and print houses to ensure accurate production of physical materials.
• Contribute to the development of creative strategies that support business goals and client needs.

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Excellent creative, communication, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices
