• Adapt designs for different formats and platforms while ensuring visual consistency.
• Collaborate with Video and Motion Designers to support campaign visuals.

AI & Creative Innovation

• Use AI tools to improve design workflow, creativity, and productivity.
• Stay up to date with design trends, branding best practices, and AI tools.
• Propose new creative ideas to enhance engagement and visual impact.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead, content team, and video team.
• Ensure designs align with campaign timelines and marketing strategies.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Good knowledge of digital and social media design requirements and formats.
• Familiarity with AI tools for graphic design and content creation is a plus.
